These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchases made from Sunsetsroc LLC. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About Sunsetsroc
Sunsetsroc LLC offers curated sunset-themed mailings, photography, paper goods, gifts, and related products. Because many Sunsetsroc Mail items are intended to be a surprise, the specific photographs, colors, designs, and contents may vary from month to month. Product photographs are examples and may not represent the exact contents of a future mailing.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase through this website. You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information when placing an order.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is included in the displayed price unless otherwise stated during checkout. Shipping charges, when applicable, will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
By submitting an order, you authorize Sunsetsroc LLC and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse an order affected by an error. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, it will be refunded.
Monthly Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
When you purchase a monthly Sunsetsroc Mail subscription, you are enrolling in an automatically renewing subscription.
Your payment method will be charged the price disclosed at checkout when you enroll and again on the same recurring schedule each month until you cancel. The subscription price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions will be displayed before you complete your purchase and included in your order confirmation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal through your customer account, if that option is available, or by emailing jess@sunsetsroc.com. We will confirm email cancellation requests.
Canceling stops future renewals. If an order has already been billed or processed before cancellation, that month’s mailing may still be prepared and shipped, and the cancellation will apply to future billing periods. Except where required by law or when a billing error has occurred, previously processed subscription charges are nonrefundable.
One-Time Purchases
A one-time purchase does not automatically renew and will be charged only once. Any future purchase requires a new order and payment authorization.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for confirming that their shipping information is accurate before submitting an order.
Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Sunsetsroc LLC is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before it is resent.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Orders
Please contact jess@sunsetsroc.com within 14 days of the delivery date if your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing. Include your order number and photographs when applicable. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.
Because Sunsetsroc Mail contains curated paper goods and surprise selections, we do not accept returns or provide refunds based solely on personal preference, minor color variations, or the specific selection included in a mailing. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
Changes to Products and Subscriptions
We may occasionally change the design, assortment, packaging, or availability of our products. We may also change subscription pricing or material subscription terms. When required, subscribers will receive advance notice and an opportunity to cancel before a change takes effect.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, artwork, designs, text, logos, product names, and other original content displayed on this website or included in Sunsetsroc products are owned by or licensed to Sunsetsroc LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the photograph, artwork, or design. Products and website content may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, altered, or used commercially without prior written permission from Sunsetsroc LLC.
Acceptable Use
You may not use this website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or customer information, or use Sunsetsroc content in a manner that infringes the rights of Sunsetsroc LLC or another person.
Third-Party Services
This website may use third-party services for payment processing, website hosting, shipping, or other functions. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Sunsetsroc LLC is not responsible for third-party websites or services that it does not control.
