Shipping

Sunsetsroc LLC currently ships within the United States. Available shipping options and any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.

Subscription mailings are prepared and mailed monthly. Processing and delivery dates are estimates and may vary. Delivery delays caused by postal carriers, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error after placing an order, please email jess@sunsetsroc.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before it is resent.
 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing, please contact jess@sunsetsroc.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs when applicable.

After reviewing the issue, Sunsetsroc may provide a replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution.
